Penny made her condo a home away from home for us. She had a bouquet of roses waiting for us with a note to remind us to stop and smell the roses. The condo had all amenities need including a fridge with filtered water and ice, pet friendly with a pet area downstairs, pool, bay view, and a wonderful pier. The electricity went out for a little while but the view of the night sky was amazing with the electricity out. Thank u Penny! Will be back !

Overall rating Public review Our stay was wonderful! Penny contacted us ahead of time and made sure we were all set for a great stay. We enjoyed Pennys comforting surprises upon arrival especially a cold beer after our long drive. We felt at home in this clean and comfortable space. The decor always reminded us that we are on vacation, so relax and enjoy. Penny made sure everything was right for an enjoyable stay for my family and I, and we appreciate them for it.

Penny was a wonderful host, providing personalized welcome letters, replying quickly to questions, and proactively reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved the fully-stocked condo on the water. The place was cute and fit 2 couples very easily. We had a great time cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the Rockport beach.

Loved staying here. Very nice condo and property only a short drive to Rockport Beach. We enjoyed ourselves very much and will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Penny was an amazing host!!! When there was an issue with booking she took care of it and made my fianc birthday weekend possible!! We loved it and it was such a warm feeling when we arrived!! Our baby had just had puppies the night before and Penny offered a heating pad for the babies, and her vet. She is such a great person and she will go above and beyond to take care of you!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you Penny for being a wonderful person!

Pennys condo was exactly as pictured. Very cozy and comfortable. Clean. Nicely furnished. Full kitchen. A breathtaking view from the bedroom and balcony of the waterfront. The complex even has an elevator with dollys available for use, so it was really to load all of our bags during check-in and check-out. Penny was a wonderful host and provides everything you could possibly need. Great communication. We hope to return. We had a wonderful experience.

July 4-6, 2016 Condo 114 Awesome place to catch up with some relaxation! Penny was absolutely helpful at answering questions and making sure we were comfortable/satisfied throughout our entire stay. Overall, great place and great host -- definitely a visit-again place for us.

The location and condition of the condo exceeded our expectations and better than a hotel. Spacious, clean, nice view from back patio, and comfortable bed. Communication was efficient and prompt. We will definitely book again!

I cant begin to explain how amazing this place was. My family was so comfortable there. From the minute we got there till the minute we left we honestly felt like we were in our own home. The decor was beautiful and so perfect for the beach. The place was just refreshing. Our host Penny was there within minutes of our arrival to greet us and give us our codes and to let us know the rules. She was friendly and wonderful. We honestly did not want to leave. If we never went to the beach our stay would have been just as perfect with our condo alone. We made dinner instead of going out, we made breakfast every morning and napped every afternoon. The condo was honestly that perfect. We felt at home! When we come back to Rockport this is the ONLY place we will stay!

Penny is a great host. She gave us a great experience by being present during our arrival and texting us later to make sure everything was working in the condo!

July 22-July 24, 2016 Condo 122 was excellent, the pictures DO NOT do it justice. Very relaxing great view, and awesome fishing steps away. Very close to many local restaurants. KBR 122 has everything you can possibly need and more just amazing all around weekend get away. Very spacious, all appliances very upgraded, bed was comfortable. We truely love Penny allowed us to bring our small 2.5 pound yorkie. Any question we had Penny was quick to respond. This is PERFECT for a couple get away! Literally steps from grill, pool. We will be back! Thanks again Penny! Private note Everything was just as described + more. Great location. Pictures do not do justice. Exceeds expecations. Penny is just a magnificent host.

July 23-July 26, 2016 Condo 211 Awesome Stay! Great Place! Very Clean and had everything needed. More room than you think. Great views and great location. You can relax and fish on 3 piers very close by or right off the bank! And Penny is awesome too!

Penny was a great host. She welcomed us and made sure everything was taken care of from an easy arrival process, sharing info about that are and answered any question or request within minutes of making contact. I would definitely stay in another or Pennys properties. Great time!

The place was exactly as described, quiet and romantic. I took my girlfriend here to see the sea turtles and propose. Penny was very accessible, as well as incredible and went above and beyond helping me make this weekend special even at her own expense. Our engagement was incredible and the flower arrangement penny made with the setup to include a cake and a beautiful frame. It was one of the best trips I have ever taken and my first Airbb experience, and it was certainly made even more memorable by our host. As a some one who as traveled a lot and stayed at a multitude of places, never have I ever been treated so well. We are already looking at our calendar when we can return!

Had a great time here! We were surprised at how clean and nice the place was when we got here, it was like staying at a hotel. Having a kitchen, dining table, living room and bedroom was nice. While its more designed for 2 people, my group had 4 and there was plenty of space for inflatable beds. The apartment also has a balcony with a great view of the ocean sunrise and sunset. I would definitely recommend this place.
