We really enjoyed our stay! Check in was easy, room was clean, and the view is beautiful! We will be back!

Penny was very easy to work with. She gave us all the information we needed and even printed out a schedule of events for the weekend. The condo is in a great complex next to 2 lighted piers.

My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable stay at the condo. The pictures do not do it justice. We loved that our kids got to learn how to fish in the back. Fishing poles and other accessories were readily available in the condo. Penny was great at communicating and gave us an awesome experience. Will definitely go back.

Great place for kids to fish off the dock and swim in the pool . Family atmosphere. ( no loud music /partying at night) well equipped condo . Kids said sleeper sofa was comfortable . We will go back again.. Caught 11 trout .

Great place and great view from the balcony. Absolutely stunning sun rise from the condo. We were not lucky with the fish though. But nothing to complain about the stay.

This place was great for a weekend trip with my boyfriend. We fished the large pier at night and caught a trout and a ton of catfish. Quiet community. Id definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, was very clean, and a perfect location in Rockport close to everything yet in a quite area. We will definitely be back!

The condo was easy access to Fulton which is a great little town. This is a fishers paradise and the condo sits on the waterfront with boat tie up. Comfortable accommodations and charming decor.

This was our second visit to one of Pennys condos. The complex is very nice and had very friendly people staying in other units during our Fourth Of July weekend stay. Penny takes a lot of pride in maintaining her properties and also responded instantly when we needed to correspond. Nicely furnished and relaxing to sit out on the balcony overlooking the water. Full kitchen, although we chose to eat out each evening. We tried Paradise Key which is a fun sports bar with good seafood and had great views from the balcony and Latitude 28 which had dynamite gourmet food and also serves as a gallery featuring art for sale which we enjoyed checking out after dinner. All in all, we appreciate the nice touches in Pennys place and recommend!

The house was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting out in the morning and drinking coffee next to the water. The pier was amazing!

Definitely would come back!

Very clean apartment with great view of harbor and bay. All new and restored post-Harvey. Youd never know he was there. Penny is a great hostess and very prompt and helpful in every way. Recommended. I expect well be back.
